Heavy rains have been lashing in the district of Dakshina Kannada for the past 3 hours on Saturday July 30, including the city of Mangaluru. The roads inside the city are submerged. Heavy water-logging is witnessed is many areas. Motorists were seen struggling to move their vehicles through the submerged roads. Water also gushed into the premises of Mangaluru Central railway station.
